Solution: Helia offers a product-based solution to home design and construction, where one company designs, engineers, manufactures, and assembles homes in an integrated process that is essential to maximizing quality, performance, and lean construction. Our simple approach to prefab delivers big performance.

Our Services

Architectural Design: complete design services from conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and stamped plan submissions; professional visualizations with virtual reality capability; schematic design of building systems and integrated building technology; experience with small homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs); expertise in both new construction and renovation with a focus on net zero design.

Sustainability Consulting: energy modeling and net zero analysis; support for passive design including daylight design, natural ventilation, and passive solar heating; airflow analysis with computational fluid dynamics; daylight and electric lighting analysis and design; preliminary load analysis and distribution design for residential and small commercial HVAC systems; field testing and verification of building envelopes.

Furniture Design and Fabrication: design and fabrication of custom furniture and casework, with a focus on contemporary design with wood and metal.

Prefabrication and On-Site Component Assembly: design and engineering of panelized prefab systems; production of prefab drawings, specifications, and assembly guidance; in-house fabrication of wall, roof, and other panel assemblies; field assembly of prefab components and completion of insulation, air barrier, and weather barrier systems as a subcontractor.
