Who We Are

Michael Gibson is a licensed architect (Kansas and Missouri) and LEED Accredited Professional with experience in architectural firms in Baltimore and Boston, where he worked primarily on residential design. A tenured Associate Professor at Kansas State University, Michael is the faculty lead for the Net Positive Studio, which has designed and/or built several affordable net zero homes since its inception in 2018.

Robyn Gibson is an interior designer with expertise in residential design and interiors, as well as custom furniture fabrication. She holds a master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Product Design. She taught in the Interior Architecture and Industrial Design program at Kansas State University from 2016 to 2021.
